HUGE POTENTIAL IN SUCH A SMALL PACKAGE !

A wood pellet is a small, 1 inch long, 1/4 inch diameter piece of hardwood. Because of their small size, wood pellets burn cleanly and quickly to a fine ash. This gives you the most out of the wood. Wood pellets burn at about 8,500 BTUs per pound. Wood pellets come in a wide variety of “flavors” ranging from hickory and oak to cherry, apple or mesquite. The pellets in a normal pellet grill are fed from a storage hopper to a burning box at a controlled rate. This rate is adjustable based on whether you want a high temperature for grilling or a low temperature for smoking.

Why is a pellet grill better than gas or charcoal?

Taste: Everything that you prepare on an AMERICAN GRILL tastes better than what is cooked on gas or charcoal. Guaranteed to increase your outdoor dining pleasure. A wood fire is simply a more natural and tastier way to cook food.

Safety: A Pellet Grill is safer than gas or charcoal. No explosions from gas leaks, no hot coals, uses safe non-toxic wood pellets.

Recognition: When you cook for your family and friends on a Pellet Grill the compliments you get will be unmatched. Your favorite phrase will become; "We've done it again".

Convenience: You don't need to babysit a Pellet Grill. Put your food on and spend time doing things you enjoy. Our grill cooks unattended while you are in the house or doing more enjoyable things.

Healthier: Adds no cholesterol, fat, or calories. This indirect cooking method produces less benzo (a) pyrene than gas or charcoal grills. A much healthier way to eat. And the flavor is so incredible you can forget about those calorie laden mops and sauces.

Smoker: Absolutely the best smoker on the market today. No other pellet grill can match the temperature range of your OUTDOOR GOURMET GRILL. You can smoke cheese (90 degrees), or a brisket (220 degrees) right in your own backyard. Hot wood fire vapors penetrate the meat for an incredible flavor.

No Flare-ups: No open flame, almost impossible to burn your food. Barbecue isn't just for men anymore with the ease of operating a Pellet Grill.

Environmentally Sound: Wood pellets are a clean burning renewable resource. 100% natural.

Versatility: A Pellet Grill is three appliances in one. It grills, it bakes, and it smokes, all with the flip of a switch.

Economy: Costs less to operate than most charcoal grills and any other pellet grill on the market. One 20 lb. bag of wood pellets will cook an average of 20 times.

The first explorers crest the majestic range and saw trees like giants, ice white glaciers, lush berries... plentiful herbs, and abundant fish! Northwest Indians shared secrets of grilling salmon over fire, as the spicy aroma of the native alder adds just enough flavor.

TEXAS MESQUITE
After a hot, dusty day driving the great herds of cattle westward, a Cowboy settles against his wagon wheel. He surveys the Texas prairie while smelling the enticing mesquite aroma drifting his way.... as a beef steak slowly turns, over an open fire.

AMERICAN HICKORY
The Heartland, America's breadbasket, where blue skies meet rolling fields of grain. It is here, where the tired farmer ends his day and heads for the kitchen, to be met by the sweet smell of hickory-cured ham, awaiting his appetite.
